Properties

- Low phosphate content

- Enhancing water holding capacity. Improving appearance and nature color of seafood.

Application

  • Steamed black tiger shrimp, crab meat, scallop,..
  • TS 2 should be used  with phosphates to keep the fresh red color  of steamed shrimps
  • 0.5%TS2 solution added to “block water “ reduces thawing water loss  and improving appearance of  for block frozen shrimp

Dosage

- 2-3% solution at  <40C for shrimp PTO, PD, HLSO,.. block or IQF

- Crab and scallop meat treated with 1-2% TS2 solution
